Get ready to dive into the delicious world of handmade candied fruits! We’re not just talking about any fruits here—these are the freshest, juiciest, and most natural fruits straight from local orchards. No pesticides, no chemicals—just pure, mouthwatering goodness!
Throughout the year, we’ll be working with seasonal fruits to create a variety of sweet, tangy, and irresistible candied treats and dried fruits.
Here’s what’s on the menu:
- In the first half of the year, we’ll turn tiny, tangy kumquats and the exotic huangpi (yellow skin fruit) into chewy dried fruit that bursts with flavour in every bite.
- In the second half of the year, it’s all about the big flavours: we’ll be making candied pomelo peels and winter melon. Yes, even the skins of these fruits can be transformed into delicious sugary delights!
You know what’s the best part? We’re going to harvest the fruits ourselves from a special orchard that hasn’t used pesticides or chemical fertilisers for over 15 years. These fruits are as natural as they come, and after some careful preparation and a sprinkle of sugar magic, they’ll become the perfect sweet treats you’ll love to snack on.
